The scope of work includes furring out the basement walls and insulating them with R-17 spray insulation. Also install a new egress window with window well in bedroom and replace existing windows in other portions of the basement. On the main floor, work includes constructing a new rated wall between the house and garage, turning 2 half baths into a full baths, reconfiguring interior walls to reposition bedrooms and remove walls to create a more open floor plan. NOTE: All windows in bedrooms shall comply with current egress requirements. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC will be pulled separately. Work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes. **DAF**
