TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 9,472 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate vacant tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 3,670 sq. ft. and the remaining 5,621 sq. ft. to be created under BLD16-03902. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls to create an open office space, removal of select door/door frames, a new rated entry lobby door and sidelight, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
