The scope of work is to add a new 2-story addition on to the rear of the existing home. The addition will include a 384 sq. ft. master bedroom and bath with closet while the upper level will include a bonus room and storage closet. The bonus room will require a minimum of 1 egress window along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The entire home will be required to be updated for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; hardwired where possible. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately.
