(FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF BOISE) Pernit for minor tenant improvements to the to the existing lounge area and the existing entry doors with work to include the construction of some Interior walls (less than 60 lineal feet) to create a new pastors office and a new church office. The Entry doors are being modified to add automatic controls to increase the accessiblity of the entrancce. The modification results in a decrease in the occupant load in this area of 38 occupnant resulting in this area changing from an A-3 to a B occupancy. All existing rated construction at the main entry/lobby area is to remain unaltered. All finishes to comply with chapter 8 of the IBC. All work to be per the approved plans
