Patio cover was installed aprrox. 1.5 years ago with no permits. Cover was professionally installed. Home owner has gotten approval for varience due to property line issues. Not able to see footing or connections to house. All other work is in conformance with the approved plans and engineering. Spoke with homeowner (Brooke) and told her that we are going to final project but if she had any issues with patio cover in the future, that she is accepting all liability.
