Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 single-user restrooms accessible to the disabled, food preparation equipment, a Type I grease hood and exhaust duct, a Type II exhaust hood and duct, a 25 square foot walk-in freezer, a 50 square foot walk-in cooler, suspended acoustical ceilings with vinyl washable tiles, cabinets, counter tops, and interior finishes. At least 2 accessible dining surfaces are required for the disabled.
