(VANILLA SHELL)** Permit to remodel Suite #116 of Norwood Professional Plaza and divide into two Suites. Suite #108 will be reduced in size from 4,085 to 1,825 sq. ft. and will create a new suite know as #116. Scope of work will include removing existing windows to install a pair of new doors on the west side of the building. Existing west sidewalk will be removed and replaced with a new one. In addition, several non-loadbearing interior walls will be removed to provide for an open work area. New restrooms will also be provided.
