**(VANILLA – SUITE #175)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 16,705 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into three separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 1,511 sq. ft. and the remaining 15,194 sq. ft. will become two separate suites (Suite #100 is to be 12,866 sq. ft. under BLD16-04198 and Suite #150 is to be an unoccupied 2,308 sq. ft. under BLD16-04199) Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
