(STORAGE EXPRESS) (CSN16-00396) To install a series of internally LED illuminated pan channel letters with plastic faces having a total area of about 32 square feet (with no letter more than 3 square feet) mounted to raceways that are mounted to the surface of an exterior wall (East elevation) with through bolts. To construct a LED illuminated double faced 9.5 foot tall monument sign at the vehicular entrance to the site (10.5 feet wide at top). Reinforced concrete footings, wood columns, and wood beams will support the sign. A LED illuminated single faced monument sign having identical dimensions and structural design will also be constructed on site.
