DRH16-00400; Permit for interior remodel to existing detached garage to convert to conditioned space with non-habitable storage loft above. The space will be heated by newly installed wood stove, existing roof trusses altered per engineering, and insulation as specified on plans. The only exterior alteration will be new window in attic storage area. Separate mechainical permit is requried. Separate electrical permit is required if any alterations made ot electrical system. No plumbing is proposed under this scope of work. All work is to be done according to approved plans, engineering, current local codes, and as approved under Certificate of Appropriateness DRH16-00400. //leg
