Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of select interior nonbearing walls and select wall infill to create (7) offices, a storage room and a conference room, select new door/door frames, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
