Scope of work on the main floor is to remove existing walls in kitchen to create open concept. Also, reconfigure full bathroom into a half bath, convert existing bedroom into master bathroom and closet. In the basement, work shall include converting the master bedroom into two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms will be provided with a new egress window and window well and a ladder if needed. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately. Work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes.
