(VERIZON MANPOLE CELL TOWER – BOI PARKCENER) Permit for the modifications to the existing manpole cell tower with work to include: @ existing cell tower 58’ height level adding antenna mounting hardware, antenna platform with handrails, (6) new 8’ antennas, (12) new RRH antennas, (2) Raycaps, (2) antenna Hybriflex cabling; @ ground level a new 150 sq. ft. (9’ x 16’) steel equipment platform with overhead canopy, (4) new engineered platform footing piers, (1) GPS antenna, equipment/battery cabinets, diesel generator, electrical work, automatic transfer switch, electrical panel, electrical equipment. No changes to the height of the tower. Structural engineering and plans provided. Note: special inspection is required see attached form #310. **JG**
