(BSU RETAIL – CITY CENTER PLAZA – 1ST STORY – NORTHEAST CORNER) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and for high-rise. To construct interior improvements within a 2,737 square foot space (257 square feet on the terrace and 2,480 square feet inside) located in the City Center Plaza building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a fitting room accessible to the disabled, a new glass door in an existing interior glass wall, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, a service counter, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
