Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing plumbing fixtures and plumbing, removal of interior finishes and removal of mechanical kitchen equipment. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept. All building sprinkler, alarm, and smoke evacuation systems must be maintained throughout the demo and after demo is completed. ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT****
