(UMPQUA BANK) (CSN16-00429) To install a series of LED internally illuminated aluminum pan channel letters and logo with acrylic faces having a total area of about 21 square feet (5 square foot logo with no letter more than 1.8 square feet) surface mounted to an exterior wall with metal screws on the high curved wall at the corner of Capitol Boulevard and Front Street (Southwest corner of the building). To install a series of LED internally illuminated aluminum pan channel letters and logo with acrylic faces having a total area of about 32 square feet (7.5 square foot logo with no letter more than 3 square feet) surface mounted up high to an exterior wall with masonry expansion anchors on the East elevation of the Building. In addition, non-illuminated logo and letters will be mounted on the Capitol Boulevard elevation (West elevation) having a total area of about 6.5 square feet. Non-illuminated logo, letters, and signs will be mounted on the Front Street elevation (South elevation) having areas of about 6.5 square feet, 5.5 square feet, and 4 square feet. Non-illuminated signs will be mounted on the alley elevation (North elevation) having areas of about 5.5 square feet.
