Permit to finish an unfinished basement which will include an office, bedroom, mechanical and laundry. A minimum of one egress window shall be provided in the bedroom with a window well. Walls will be furred out and insulated to an R-13 and a crawl space access will be provided to the existing single story portion of the home.
