To construct a 143 square foot building open on all sides to provide shelter from rain and snow. The gazebo is required to be located at least 20 feet from any other building. Work is to include four 24-inch diameter circular concrete footings 30 inches deep, four steel columns, two steel rafters, three steel purlins, and a steel roof deck. The structural design does not anticipate lateral restraint from a concrete or asphalt slab at the top of the footings. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
