Permit to remodel existing Kitchen, Dining and Family Room. Removing existing beam and bearing wall and replacing with new beam (see Engineering) and relocating Kitchen to exterior wall. Existing 1/2 Bath to be modified to a full bath with shower, new fixtures and cabinets. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as needed/required.
