Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls and millwork, removal of select interior CMU wall for new openings, removal of select exterior wall for new door opening, construction of (1) 2-hour fire barrier walls to create a fire area, construction of new Interior nonbearing walls to create a kitchen area, a prep room, a framed soffit, new hood/MAU framing and supports, millwork, adding vertical grab bars, lowering sink mirror and adding under sink pipe protection in the existing accessible restrooms, new type 1 hood, new roof exhaust fans replacing existing fans, new roof MAU, new light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: The banquet room is not part of the scope of work, tenant must apply for certificate of occupancy prior to occupying the banquet room.
