Permit to finish existing 2245 unfinished daylight basement. Scope of work is to install interior drywall over exising fured out walls that were installed under original building permit Bld14-02038. Scope also includes installation of utility sink and sink and toilet for basement bathroom that was previously roughed in under PLM14-03344 and new non-bearing interior walls to create flex room and storage room. Electric basemboard heating will be installed at the new rooms. Separate plumbing and electrical permits are required. All work is to be done according to approved plans and current local codes//leg
