Note: the ceilings are a rated assembly with 2 layers of gypsum type X over ½” resilient channel as shown on plan sheet A4.3 details, the corridor walls at these areas of damage are one layer of 5/8” type X gypsum on each side of wall also shown on plan sheet A4.3, any exterior walls or room partition walls are shown to have one layer of type X gypsum as shown on plan sheet A4.2 and A4.3. Work to include: repair of select walls and ceilings in the bedrooms and corridors, replace damaged insulation. general area of the water damage was in the north end of the building at grid lines A through B and grid lines 10 through 15 on the 1st and 2nd floor. No C OF O to be issued. A Letter of Completion to be issued when done. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
