(STEVENS-HENAGER - SIGN) (CSN17-00020) To construct a 22 feet tall by 11 feet wide monument sign supported by two wide flange steel columns each embedded in a reinforced concrete footing (5 feet wide by 2 feet thick by 6 feet deep). The bottom of the signage will be about 9 feet above grade. The sign will include an Electronic Message Center (EMC) sign (about 27 square feet) and illuminated panels with changeable copies (about 56 square feet total). The sign will be located in the Southwest corner of the lot along West Overland Road. Details for the attachment of sign elements to the columns are required to be provided to the Structural Inspector. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
