To complete interior nonstructural demolition within an existing 35,696 square foot building. Work is to include removing a small mezzanine and the stairway that serves it, interior nonstructural partitions, interior doors, a tenant demising wall, point of sale casework, display casework, plumbing fixtures, and floor finishes in preparation for a new tenant. The suspended acoustical ceiling and the fire sprinkler system will be retained. Tenant improvement work will be done under a separate permit. No new work is allowed under this permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant or for any portion of this building. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
