SWO issued. No cover of exposed framing without inspector approval ( walls, floor/ceilings and shafts). Rated/labeled door and frame assemblies required in corridoor on west 1/2 of building past 2hr rated wall corridoor. Architect also reviewed site and existing conditions at SWO issuance. Majority of violations were observed on 4th floor as 2nd and 3rd floors are occupied. Verification of corridoor wall construction on 2nd and 3rd floor at showers will be required.

Site review with plum/mec and electrical supervisors. Mec has issued a SWO on mechanical fan installations. Cooridors and fire rated construction of walls, floor/ceilings and shafts have been compromised. Will recommend to BO that no occupancy should be allowed untill fire rated provisions have been corrected.
