Adding tub/shower, toilet and sink in proposed Bathroom area and sink in Family/Game Room. Ceiling is insulated. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as/if required throughout. Existing Furnace is being evaluated as to being sufficient for the addition of the Basement square footage. A Manual J will be provided if a new furnace and ductwork for this area is required. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. **BJM**
