(ACECO MANUFACTURING) Permit for interior tenant improvement to an existing 13,000 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing partition wall, removal of four select interior load bearing columns, removal of select roof beams, installing new load bearing columns on new footings and new roof beams to provide support where the existing columns were removed, to extend the crane rail and stops, to install (2) 20’ x 20’ equipment concrete pads. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
