Permit to renovate master bathroom and closet. Work to include relocating bathtub and installing shower in that space. Also, remove large window where new shower will be and frame in that opening. Also, open up portion of wall where the tub is being relocated and install a 4x5 casement window. Window shall be tempered and have a min. U-value of 0.35. Bathroom vanity and cabinets will also be replaced. Electrical and plumbing permits will be pulled separately. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors shall be updated throughout as needed. **DAF**
