(RED LION - SIGN) (CSN17-00070) To remove Shilo Inn signage and install four (4) new Red Lion signs at an existing hotel building. To install a 144 square foot LED illuminated wall mounted sign cabinet with flex face and vinyl graphics on the East elevation, to install a new 20 feet tall LED illuminated pylon sign cabinet with flex face and vinyl graphics having a cabinet face area of about 82 square feet on the existing steel pole and concrete foundation of a removed pylon sign at the East vehicular entrance (the former pylon sign had a cabinet face area of about 154 square feet and was 26 feet tall), to install a 3.5 feet tall LED illuminated pylon “enter” directional sign having a cabinet face area of about 4 square feet on the existing steel pole and concrete foundation of a removed small pylon sign, and to install a 16 square foot non-illuminated wall mounted panel with an aluminum face having flat cutout letters on the East elevation. The wall sign cabinets will be attached to the wall with through bolts. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural analysis, with the attachment details, and with all applicable codes and ordinances **CJW**
