Permit to add approximately 1,617 sq. ft. to the existing home. Approximately 730 sq. ft. of that will be located above the existing garage with a separate staircase. This space will be conditioned space. The remaining 887 sq. ft. of living space will located on the NW side of the home and will contain the kitchen, living room, dining room and 1/2 bath. In addition the existing kitchen will be remodeled to become master bathroom and closet. The existing living room will become the new master bedroom. There will also be a new 552 sq. ft. covered patio located on the SW side of the house. In addition, approximately 20 windows will be replaced. All new windows located in bedrooms will comply with egress (except for the two windows in the basement that will not be replaced at this time.
