(PHEASANT TAIL PLAZA) (CSN17-00082) To install a double faced 96 square foot ground supported monument sign (12 feet tall by 8 feet wide) with an exterior illuminated 56 square foot copy area (7 feet x 8 feet) that will have 8 tenant panels. The sign will be located in the landscaped area on the North side of the building between the building and Emerald Street. The sign will be installed around a 6 inch diameter steel column imbedded in a 2 foot by 4 foot by 5 foot deep concrete footing. The concrete footing is NOT required to have reinforcement. Details for the attachment of sign to the column and foundation are required to be provided to the Structural Inspector. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
