** Received Revised Engineering for the main beam 5-24-17** BJM** Scope of work is to replace 5 windows on the main floor, relocate windows along the north side of home, remove window in master bedroom and replace with a door. Also on the main floor, partial removal of loadbearing wall and install a LVL beam, modify existing floor joist at basement stairs to provide compliant head height. In the basement work shall include enlarging the egress window opening at bedroom #1 to provide a code compliant egress window and well. The applicant will provide additional engineering for the required footings for the LVL beam upstairs. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separetely. Work will be performed per the approved plans, attached engineering and local codes. **DAF**
