To perform interior nonstructural demolition within an existing 880 square foot tenant space. The tenant improvement work will be done under permit BLD17-00654. Work is to include removing interior nonbearing walls, removing interior floor coverings, saw cutting the existing concrete floor slab to facilitate the insulation of under slab plumbing, and removing the existing suspended ceiling. No new work, exterior demolition, or structural demolition is allowed under this permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant or for any portion of this building. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 as regulate by the Fire Department. **CJW**
