(CAP ED - SIGN) (CSN17-00098) To move an existing fluorescent and LED illuminated pylon sign from its existing location to the Northeast corner of the parcel along Cole Road. Work is to include a new 9.5 feet by 2.5 feet by 4.75 feet deep concrete footing with two 24 feet long, 8 inch diameter steel pipes embedded at least 4 feet into the footing. The sign is 20 feet tall, 9.208 feet wide, and 2 feet thick. Two new single faced non-illuminated tenant panel (Alupanel) signs will be added to both sides of the existing pylon sign. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Attachments of the sign to the steel columns and to the concrete footing are required to be sufficient to resist all gravity, snow, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors included. **CJW**
