Work to include: removal of select concrete work, removal of concrete stairs, removal of concrete ramp, new concrete sidewalk, concrete landings and concrete walk, new concrete stairs, new stair handrails, new concrete ramp and a new ramp handrail. There is no change in occupant load for the building. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
