(JOPLIN ELEMENTARY) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing open library area to create an enclosed library with work to include construction of some new interior nonbearing partiton walls, modification of the suspended ceiling, modification of the existing HVAC ducts, electrical and related interior finishes per the approved plans. This is a scope of work permit only with no change in occupant load or change of space ussage. This building is not fire sprinklered but is equiped with an alarm system. Any modifications to the alarm system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the fire department. A certificate of completion is to be issud upon approval and completion of this project. CDM
