TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 44,211 sq. ft. warehouse space by dividing it into three separate warehouse tenant spaces, this unoccupied space is to be 15,292 sq. ft. and the second occupied warehouse space is to be 7,946 sq. ft. under BLD17-01360 and the third occupied warehouse space is to be 14,968 sq. ft. under BLD17-01358. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: a six-foot high fence which was installed to separate the warehouse spaces. Note: exiting will need to be addressed by future tenant and when a tenant occupies this space a permit is required to address the restrooms for this space. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
