The maximum number of occupants allowed within this tenant space as any time is 15 as limited by the available toilet capacity. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
