**(HALLOWEEN CITY) (Temporary Use Permit)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 45,041 sq. ft. existing tenant space to be used as seasonal retail business. This space was previously permitted as Gart’s Sporting Goods store under BLD00-03725 and was later changed to a Sports Authority Sporting Goods store. The retail space is approximately 11,648 sq ft with the remainder of the space as storage and bathroom areas. A minimum of three exits are required for the retail area, NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy.
