**(MORGAN STANLEY – US BANK BUILDING - 4TH FLOOR – SUITE #401)** (2 PERMITS TOTAL FILED UNDER BLD17-01813 IN EPLAN REVIEW) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 12,047 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 9,799 sq. ft. and the remaining 2,248 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD17-02230.
Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select gypsum soffit, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior walls to create an open office area and tenant demising wall, relocate suite entry door, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
