Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of interior nonbearing walls to create a storage room and an office, select new and relocated door/door frames, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system is required because this is a high-rise building and to allow the atrium.
