This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a new free standing 695 square foot garage/storage building. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundation stem walls, concrete slab on grade, 2 x 6 wood stud exterior walls, a micro-lam beam at the overhead door, a pre-engineered trussed roof structure, exterior lap siding, 1-hr fire-resistance-rated exterior West wall, asphalt shingles, 1-hr fire-resistance-rated fascia and soffit of the West eave, gypsum board interior wall and ceiling finishes, a 16’ x 8’ roll-up overhead door, and a side-hinged swinging exit door. The West eave shall not extend closer than 40 inches to the West property line. This building will not be conditioned or be insulated. A masonry trash enclosure with concrete footings, a concrete slab on grade, gate, and bollards will also be constructed under this permit.
