Occupancy under this permit shall not be allowed until the work authorized under the shell permit is completed and finaled. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new 1,725 square foot office tenant space within a 5,165 square foot, one story building. Egress is through a common vestibule to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety.
