(FIRST INTERSTATE BANK – SIGNS) (CSN17-00172) To install a series of LED internally illuminated channel letters and logos on the North (45 square feet), East (45 square feet), and West (60 square feet) elevations of the building. The letters will be attached to raceways that will be attached to the exterior walls as detailed on the drawings. In addition, to replace the copy in a double faced florescent illuminated 80 square foot ground supported monument sign (8 feet tall by 10 feet wide) located in the Southwest corner of the site. A small “Entrance” monument sign located in the Southeast corner of the site will also be repurposed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
