(FRSTEAM [FABRIC RESTORATION SERVICE TEAM] – NORTH BUILDING – OCCUPANCY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 4,802 square foot tenant space to be used as a limited commercial laundry (3 washers and 3 dryers) with storage of clean and soiled fabrics. Dry cleaning within this building has not been approved. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Racks that exceeds 8 feet in height require a separate Building Permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**

Angel-inspection needs to be done before 11:00 because owner can''t be there after Phone #: ###-####. Needs to resubmit floor plan to reflect current conditions. Remove all dead bolts and thumb turns. A tarp on metal frame has been erected inside the building, needs to show compliance with a Class C somoke fire index. Also st up MIS permit for mech. inspector to inspect dryers that were installed. Also needs to resolve plumbing and electrical isues prior to final inspection.

Remove the thumbturn dead bolt from the main exit (keyed ok), remove the thumbturn dead bolt from the Storage Room exit, provide two fire extinguishers as discussed. repair the two exit signs/emergency lights. There was an issue with an address but that has been worked out and a new address is now required.
