No city approved plans on site. I performed a courtesy inspection and noted expired fire extinguisher and non-functional exit sign/emergency light in corridor. I also noted that the existing sprinkler system needs modifications to meet current code. There is exposed cpvc piping with pendants that are located too far from deck since the ceiling has been removed.
