WORK INCLUDES SOME PLUMBING CHANGES, ROOF TOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, AND DUCTS.) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct tenant improvements within a new 2,437 square foot restaurant building shell (about 1,895 square feet within the thermal envelope) that has a drive through. The floor area includes the covered patio and the covered HVAC equipment area but not the roof eaves. The projected roof area is about 3,113 square feet. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD17-02294. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, millwork, food preparation equipment, and finishes.
