(IDAHO CENTRAL CREDIT UNION – MONUMENT AND WALL SIGNS) (CSN17-00220) To install a 120 square foot (10 feet wide by 12 feet tall) double faced monument sign with LED halo-illuminated letters and logo and a new LED digital electronic message center (EMC). The bottom of the monument sign will have a brick veneer. The sign will be located near the Northwest corner of the lot at Vista Avenue. The sign will be installed around a 6 inch diameter steel column imbedded in a 2’- 6” by 10’- 4” by 4’- 4” deep concrete footing. In addition, to install a series of LED halo-illuminated reverse pan-channel letters (one set about 51 square feet with no letter larger than 5 square feet and one set about 11 square feet with no letter larger than about 1 square foot) and an LED halo-illuminated logo (about 27 square feet) on the North, South, and West elevations of the building. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All attachments are required to be sufficient to resist gravity, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors considered. **CJW**
