(ROZ & ALI - SIGN) (CSN17-00225) To remove existing “Dress Barn” signs on the Northeast elevation of the building and to install a new “Roz & Ali” sign consisting of a series of LED internally illuminated pan channel letters with acrylic faces having a total area of about 57 square feet with no letter having an area more than 8 square feet. The letters will be attached to the exterior wall with all-thread through bolts. In addition, two aluminum panels each having an area of 4.5 square feet with vinyl letters will be attached to each side of an existing blade sign that is currently attached to the underside of the walkway canopy. Also, two 24 square foot acrylic panels will be installed in an existing double-faced free-standing pylon sign.
