State Street to be used for assembly and storage. There is an interior doorway connection between this tenant space and the adjacent tenant space on the West (i.e. 3019 W. State Street). Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
